Privacy

What we collect. When you sign in (e.g. with Google or email), we store your email, name, profile image, and a unique identifier from the provider. You choose a username and can add a bio. We store your bookmarks, votes, comments, collections, and feedback so the product works for you.

How we use it. We use this data to run Atlas: show your profile, your feed, and activity from people you follow. We do not sell your data. We may use feedback you submit to improve the service.

Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for authentication only.

Data retention. Your data is stored until you stop using the service. If you want your account or data removed, contact us (e.g. via the Feedback page) and we will process the request.

Terms of use

By using Atlas you agree to use it in good faith: no abuse, spam, or impersonation. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or that harm the community.

Atlas is provided "as is." We use arXiv’s public API and data; we are not affiliated with arXiv or Cornell University. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of third-party content.

We may update these pages from time to time. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy and Terms.
